To conduct camping activities and develop its program to make it an effective tool in transforming lives of campers.

To implement human resource program that will harness the potential of officers and staff of the ministry in order to become reliable instrument of transformation.

To establish camp outposts in various parts of the country to serve as implementer of the ministry’s program.

To assist churches, organizations, and various groups and sectors in achieving their goals through camping and outdoor activities.

To acquire and develop campsite facilities that will respond to the needs of the ministry.
