Campfires for Christ Asia is governed by a set of Board of Trustees with seven members who elect among themselves Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer.  The Board is responsible in approving annual program of activities, budget, and other proposed projects.

Approved plan is implemented by the following officers: Executive Director, National Coordinator, Outpost Coordinators.
